If you are interested in becoming a member of the Z4Y club, fill in all details in the form. Based on this information , we will contact you and offer you a one-to-one meeting including a tour of the Z4Y fitness club and presentation of its services. After filling in and sending off the form, please confirm its sending.

At the one-to-one meeting, a Z4Y consultant will arrange free admission for you if you express a serious interest in becoming a member of the club. After that, the client may use the services for members (bodybuilding gym, group activities and wellness zone).
