Do you feel tired? Do you need to get energised, or just clear your head? Our fitness and wellness club is here just for you. Whether you are looking for exercise or sports enjoyment, want to relax or just stretch your body, ZONE4YOU is here just for you. We will be your club! – A centre of relaxation and recreation for today’s lifestyle.

The centre is open to members of the Brno ZONE4YOU club; you may play squash even if you are not enrolled in the club. The centre offers group activities in two halls for groups: from yoga through fitbox, to spinning and many others. In addition, since February 2010 we have offered the H.E.A.T. Program. You can test your strength and endurance in the fitness hall – the bodybuilding gym with a cardio zone - and competitive athletes can play squash or table tennis. You can enjoy relaxing in the swimming pool, whirlpool bath and saunas – Finnish or Turkish - and even better while enjoying a relaxing massage.

Compared to other clubs in Brno, we offer large parking free of charge. Are you hungry after your work-out? Try Tomato Brno restaurant in the same building.
