AQUA AEROBIC
Is an entertaining form of exercise which employs the natural resistance and upward pressure of water and is thus a spontaneous but effective form of physical activity. BOSU PUMP
Bosu pump – a toning exercise lesson that uses Bosu and weights while the basic toning exercises are done; thanks to Bosu you will exercise not only the surface muscles but also the deep muscles, which is very effective for body strengthening and shaping.
