PILATES
Is a method of doing exercise aimed at a link and deliberate harmony between the body and mind. The exercise develops coordination, strength, balance, flexibility and breathing. It employs particularly back, abdominal and gluteal muscles as the basis of the correct body posture. Pilates’ emphasis on correct breathing is not exhausting, it rather supplies energy. The motion sequence is designe to get rid of bad habits by the gradual strengthening of individual muscle groups and to strengthen the body as a whole in order to achieve a harmonious result through a spontaneous activity.
POWER YOGA
It employs some of the classic yoga poses adjusted to dynamic and strength performance. It contributes to stretching and strengthening all muscles of the body, contributes to the development of joint flexibility, helps to shape the figure very effectively, supplies energy and totally harmonizes the body. You will do the exercise barefoot.
HEALTHY BACK, SHARPLY DEFINED STOMACH
This contains medical type exercise which includes physiotherapeutic exercises. The exercise is great for the prevention of backache and weak muscles in the central area of the body. This type of exercise is very popular.
