H.E.A.T. PROGRAM®
H.E.A.T., or High Energy Aerobic Training, is an aerobic exercise with a high level of energy expenditure. It is an exercise based on a natural human motion - walking. It uses a special running belt, Maxerrunner® - the first and unique mechanical running belt which is able, with simple controls, to smoothly alter the inclination of the surface in order to imitate walking and running even in mountain terrain.
What are the advantages of the H.E.A.T. Program?
It is a wholesome and natural motion activity which will enhance your fitness, reduce the volume of fat and release you from stress. Do you know that you should take about 10 thousand steps every day? At the H.E.A.T. Program lessons, you will walk almost half of the daily amount recommended, and at the same time you will successfully expend up to 700 calories during a single lesson.
Who is the H.E.A.T. Program intended for?
The H.E.A.T. Program is suitable for EVERYBODY (regardless of age, sex or weight). Walking is not as strenuous as running and doesn’t strain the joints. It has a positive impact on the circulatory system, reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseases and optimizes blood pressure.
